Whether you need 24 t-shirts or 2400, it is our priority to make your ordering experience as streamlined and successful as possible. Because each project is unique, every inquiry that comes into Beezer Printing receives a custom quote. Below are some general guidelines that will help your project get started in the right direction. Please review the information below, then email email@example.com along with your design file and order details.
To achieve the best results, we ask client-submitted artwork to be in vector format. Vector artwork is clean, print-ready, and can be scaled (enlarged) without any loss of quality or fidelity. If you are working with a graphic designer, please request vector artwork files. We ask for black images on a white background, hi-resolution files at 300 DPI. Please send artwork to print size, and include your desired print dimensions.
If you do not have access to vector software, that’s ok! Send us what you have and we will get it print-ready for you. If you need assistance with graphic design, we can help with that, too.
GARMENT CHOICES AND PRINT STYLE
We offer an extensive range of shirt styles and cuts. Our most budget-friendly unisex t-shirt option is Gildan Softstyle. A higher-end unisex option that we highly recommend is Bella and Canvas. We also source a wide range of women’s styles, youth sizes, sweatshirts, and all other types of apparel from every major brand. This also goes for tote bags, bandanas, and paper options for flatstock and paper/poster printing.
When your design is ready to go into print-production, there are a couple ink options to choose from. The first option is plastisol ink, which is a heat-curing ink that sits on top of the fabric, and is the industry-standard method for garment printing. This works best for light colors on dark garments because it has the highest opacity of the ink systems. You can either request 2-coats of ink for a heavy ink coverage on dark garments, or a “soft-hand” print, which is a thinner layer of ink and has a more vintage looking finish.
Another option is water-based ink. This is a more boutique, ultra-soft printing, natural method where the ink actually dyes the fibers of the fabric as it is printed. After a single wash, the print appears to be sitting in the garment as opposed to on top of it, and can not be felt by hand. This is a great way to print, but also has it’s limitations.
You don't have to choose this yet, we can talk about it later!
