Pricing is based on three factors: the garment, the design specs, and the order quantity. We offer competitive shipping rates via UPS and ship hundreds of packages every week.

ARTWORK/ APPROVALS
We ask artwork submissions to be in vector format. Vector artwork is clean, print-ready, and can be scaled (enlarged) without any loss of fidelity. If you are working with a graphic designer, please request layered .AI or .PSD files at minimum 300 DPI. Please send artwork at final print size, and include those dimensions in the body of the email as well.
If you do not have access to vector artwork, that’s ok! Send us whatever you have. If you need assistance with graphic design, we can help with that, too.
We will create a detailed proof, which will include a digital mock up and full order details. Approving an order means you approve the artwork, garment style, colors, size breakdown, scale and print placements.
GARMENT CHOICES AND PRINT STYLE
We can source whatever you need for your project. You can browse some garments from one of our distributors here.
We have accounts with most major apparel companies and can source anything you want. Our most budget-friendly unisex t-shirt option is Tultex 290, or Gildan. A higher quality unisex option is Alternative 1070, Bella Canvas, or AS colour. We also offer a wide range of women’s styles, youth sizes, sweats, and all other types of apparel. This also goes for bags, bandanas, and the full range of promotional products (customized writing utensils, napkins, drink-ware, etc).
There are a couple of ink options to choose from as well. The first option is plastisol ink, which is a heat-curing ink that sits on top of the fabric. This the industry-standard method for garment printing. The print may have a texture and thickness to it.
Another option is water-based / discharge ink. This is an eco-friendly ink system, and creates a soft + breathable print, as the ink actually dyes the fibers of the fabric when it is printed. After a single wash, the print has no texture. This is a great way to print, and will add value to your garment.
ORDERING TERMS
We require payment in full to place the order. Clothing is tax exempt in New York. If you are ordering from a state that requires sales tax on clothing, that rate will be applied.
Our normal turnaround time is 10-12 business days from the time of deposit and approval. Rush deadlines can be accommodated and the fee is determined based on the deadline and project details. We’re always willing to assist those who need their job printed ASAP!
We accept bank transfer/Zelle/ACH at no fee, and credit card transactions will have a 3% transaction fee.
