Terms and Conditions

Turnaround Times

Beezer’s standard turn-around is 7-10 business days (Monday-Friday) from the time we receive both your full payment and artwork approval. This is our average turnaround and is based on customer needs and current production schedule, and it is not guaranteed unless a specific in-hand-date was discussed prior to approvals. Orders with custom tagging will require more time. If you need your order by a specific date please let us know in advance, as this may require a rush fee if that date doesn’t fall within our standard turn-around. Please note we are not open for national holidays and these days will add to the turn-around time of your order.

Rush Orders

Rush Orders include any deadline that is inside 7 business days. Same-day printing or 24-72 hours turnaround is something we try to provide, and this is subjected to an additional fee. Please contact us for rush production availability. Payment for the rush fee plus a 100% deposit of the order total must be paid in full before production can begin.

Payment

Orders must be paid in full before the production begins unless otherwise approved by Beezer staff. If you pay via check, the turnaround time clock on your order will not begin until your check clears. We accept cash, check, Zelle/ACH/Bank transfer, and all major credit cards. There is a 3% credit card transaction fee for credit cards and a $30.00 charge for any returned checks. A late charge of 10% per month will be charged on all delinquent accounts over 30 days.

Example: Customer emails Beezer about placing a T-Shirt order. Beezer sends Customer a Quote. Customer approves the quote and Beezer sends an Invoice. Customer waits 3 weeks, then pays for the order. Then Beezer places the order on the production calendar and project will finish in 7-10 business days from then.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, refund amounts are determined based on the status of the order’s production. Refunds may be subject to applicable return shipping and/or restocking fees.

Estimates, Proposals, Quotes

Estimates, proposals, quotes etc. expire within 30 days and are subject to change upon review of final artwork submission.

Shipping

Beezer ships all orders via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. If you prefer a specific carrier, please let us know prior to approvals. Shipping is not included in the estimates unless specified. Shipping is not included in the turnaround time. Beezer cannot be responsible for any shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Garments

We will substitute garments of comparable brand and/or color when the customer’s request is unavailable or the customer has been unresponsive to contact regarding the inventory change.

Discontinued /Out of Stock Garments

Due to the wide variety of brands, styles, colors and sizes that we offer, we do not stock garments in house. From time to time the manufacture may be out of stock or discontinued an item. In these cases the customer will be notified immediately and provided with other options.

Under-Runs & Spoilage

Due to the nature of this business, Beezer will not be responsible for under-runs or spoilage up to 3% on jobs of 100 shirts per design, and up to 10% on jobs of less than 100 pieces. (Spoilage must be more than 10 shirts per design for a reprint). Please keep this in mind when ordering (it is never a bad idea to order extras). We always do our best to deliver exactly what you ordered. We will refund you the cost of any items shorted from your order but will not process a reprint for less than 10% of the order (or 10 shirts minimum).

Client Provided Garments

When client provides their own garment, we require that the client provides a minimum of 1 (one) extra unit per size/color/style or 3% of the total quantity.

Beezer is not responsible for the replacement or refund of customer-supplied garments.

Artwork Terms and Conditions

Artwork

All files must be 300 DPI or vector format. The design should be sized to the size you would like it to print. Text must be converted to outlines. Print quality and fidelity can only be as good as the artwork file submitted. Beezer will not be responsible for poor quality printing due to a poor artwork file. Beezer is not responsible for any misspellings, errors, or issues in your art file. We do our best to catch these errors and point them out to you, but we may not catch them all. If it is in your art file and on your approval, that is how we will print it.

Art Approval | Order Proofing

All artwork is to be approved via a digital mock-up through email. Artwork must be checked for spelling, color, sizes ordered, placement of the art and accuracy of artwork by the customer. It is very important to look over every detail of the mockup, as this is how your garments will print. Beezer will not accept responsibility for corrections not implemented and/or requested after production.

Color Accuracy

Due to computer screen variances and scales being approximate your shirts will not always look EXACTLY as they do on your computer screen. If you are concerned about having exact color matches please request Pantone® colors to be used on your design (additional color matching fees apply). Pantone matching still subject to color variation. Screen Printing is not an exact science, we will do our best to match your desired color.

Samples

Samples can be be created by request and are subject to an additional fee. Beezer will then base our overall production quality on the approved sample.

A photo of the first printed garment can be requested and it needs be approved with in 5 minutes of the photo submission.

Care Instructions:

We will not be responsible for fading or weathering of goods. Once a print leaves our facility, we are not in control of the elements a print will endure, such as wash temperature, abrasiveness, soaps and chemicals, etc. In order to ensure image longevity and vibrancy, we recommend “machine wash cold, inside out, and line dry (preferable) or tumble dry low” for all printed goods.
